What the Job Involves
This role is based full-time on-site at the office. You will be responsible for sorting and filing incoming correspondence in the absence of the apprentice, assisting with recruitment processes, and being the first point of contact for all collections. You will undertake various administrative functions, support the Team Clerk inbox, make bookings for transport and accommodation, set up meetings, and maintain databases. Your role ensures the smooth functioning of the service and compliance with the Data Protection Act.
