What the Job Involves
Your role as a Support Worker involves contributing to the delivery of effective Children’s Social Care Services. You will be responsible for providing practical and social support, contributing to care planning and assessment, promoting contact with birth families, and identifying and assessing levels of risk. Additionally, you will produce accurate reports and ensure the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people. This position requires flexible working, including overnight stays and out-of-hours service contributions, to meet the service's needs.
