What the Job Involves
This temporary administrative assistant role involves providing business support to various teams within the environment department. You will work Monday to Friday for 37 hours a week, with at least two days in the office located in Trostre, Llanelli. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the financial and administrative functions of the department to meet objectives while adhering to financial regulations and policies. This includes processing payments, maintaining records for audit compliance, creating management reports, and liaising with contractors and clients. You'll also handle general administrative tasks and support managers by suggesting possible process improvements.
