Who You Are
As a Business Support Officer within the Social Care Support Team, you are responsible for delivering comprehensive business support services for Adults and Children's Social Care. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage confidential information with professionalism. Your role requires you to provide excellent customer service, coordinate meetings, and ensure statutory requirements and deadlines are met.
What the Job Involves
The role involves delivering core business support tasks for Adults and Children's Social Care, including the coordination and minute-taking of complex meetings. You will handle referrals, applications, and customer service inquiries while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards. You will also participate in service improvement initiatives and support the management of client relationships. This position allows for remote work, with at least one day a week in the Civic Offices.
