What the Job Involves
As a Duty and Assessment Social Worker, you will assess and support individuals and families in your assigned region. You are responsible for evaluating needs, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with community resources and other professionals. You will play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable individuals and ensuring their well-being through appropriate interventions and support mechanisms.
