You operate effectively within changing environments and collaborate efficiently with local agencies to safeguard the community.
What the Job Involves
Your key responsibility will be to manage a caseload of ASB and DA, focusing on risk assessment, case strategy development, and implementing preventive measures to aid tenancy sustainment. You will liaise with various agencies, prepare legal documentation, and represent the Council in court where necessary. The role involves contributing to service planning and development by utilizing your specialist knowledge to inform policy changes and training programs for colleagues and stakeholders.
