What the Job Involves
This role requires you to assess, commission, and review services for a specific client group, working within statutory guidance and policy frameworks. You will assess needs, risks, and options, and plan interventions, offering casework supervision to team members where applicable. You may handle complex and high-risk cases, work independently in court and other forums, and contribute to practice development. The role involves participating in team meetings and service development, supervising students, and organizing duty rotas. You will be reporting data in line with council policies and potentially deputizing for the Team Manager.
