What the job involves
Your role involves providing a range of business support activities to enable Children's Services to meet its statutory obligations. You will be the first point of contact for service users, offer advice, progress tasks delegated by the manager, and handle administrative work, including writing minutes, preparing documents, and organizing meetings. You will also take the lead on delegated work activities relevant to the specific service areas, collate and prepare performance data, and undertake investigations and research to support service performance scrutiny.
