What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility is to orchestrate and manage a comprehensive program of fire compliance across the Worcestershire County Council (WCC) Corporate and Maintained School premises. As the principal point of contact on fire compliance matters, you will oversee fire risk assessments, coordinate compliance and construction activities, and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. You will monitor performance, address under-performance, prepare reports, and develop training to support staff. Moreover, you will manage contracts, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure all actions are documented and communicated effectively.
