What the Job Involves
As an Occupational Health Adviser, you will work as an autonomous practitioner in a nurse-led service, providing clinical advice on occupational health case management and health promotion programs. You will deliver services to employees of North Yorkshire County Council, Schools, Academies, and external contracts. Your role involves proactive engagement in health promotion initiatives, management of clinical risk, and participation in clinical supervision. You will play a key role in liaising with healthcare professionals, representing the Health and Wellbeing Services at various forums, and contributing to strategic health initiatives within the Council.
