What the Job Involves
This role primarily involves supporting the Children and Young People’s Service by delivering reliable and high-quality administrative services. Responsibilities include participating in the development of the Business Support Team’s service offerings, managing workloads to meet tight deadlines, and maintaining various IT systems. You'll provide specialist support for meetings, act as a subject matter expert for corporate functions, and collaborate within a matrix management environment. Additionally, you'll support financial processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold a commitment to equality and diversity.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
