What the Job Involves
As a Customer Administration Officer, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Tenancy & Homeownership Division in the London Borough of Hackney. This includes general financial administration, personnel administration, and recruitment organization. You will be responsible for managing external correspondence, handling complaints, processing service requests, and providing comprehensive support for inspections by the Social Housing Regulator. Your role demands maintaining accurate records, facilitating meetings, distributing minutes, and supporting the development of innovative working practices to enhance efficiency and customer care.
