Who You Are

You are an experienced HR business advisor with a thorough understanding of Employment Law, adept at collaborating with NLWA team members to ensure effective system operations. Your analytical, reporting, and HR system skills, combined with a familiarity or quick-learning ability of public sector employment arrangements, are essential. You have proven experience in planning and meeting deadlines, with strong communication and influencing skills to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes. Your focus is both on internal and external customers, bringing innovation, creativity, and a commitment to learning and development. You will provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations and organizational change.

What the job involves

The HR & Business Manager will manage NLWA's Corporate Services function, contributing to strategic plan development and execution, advising on employment matters, and ensuring adherence to Camden's HR requirements. The role involves using the Oracle HR system for monthly reporting, supporting recruitment processes, and implementing HR initiatives. You will support senior leadership in employee lifecycle management, including new starter inductions and Executive Assistant coordination. The position involves identifying and closing gaps in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization, and collaborating with Camden’s HR for shared learning experiences.
