What the Job Involves

This role involves conducting assessments and managing a complex caseload to improve the wellbeing of clients, developing care packages, and supporting discharge planning processes. You will be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults and providing professional supervision to Level 2 Social Workers. You'll also work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery. This position requires the ability to handle challenging situations, contribute to team development, and potentially represent the service at court or tribunal hearings.
