What the Job Involves

As a Team Manager within the Adult Social Care service area, you will provide effective management and leadership to a team of practitioners, including Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and other support staff. You will contribute to the operational management and strategic development of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Your responsibilities include managing team performance, facilitating professional development, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will also be involved in strategy and policy development, financial management, and partnership working with stakeholders to achieve the council's vision and objectives.
