Role

You are an observant and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of family dynamics and child development. You possess excellent report writing skills and can accurately document your observations. You are proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks during supervised contact. This part-time role involves supervising and observing contact sessions between children and their family members or friends. You will work primarily on weekends, either from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday, in various venues within the London Borough of Bromley. You may also conduct supervision at Children's Contact Centres, Children and Family Centres, within the local community, or occasionally at family homes. Your responsibilities include making accurate reports, identifying strengths and potential risks, and intervening when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of the children involved. - Excellent report writing - Awareness of family dynamics - Understanding of child development - Proficiency in MS Office and databases - Attention to detail and accuracy
