You are an individual who is keenly observant and committed to ensuring safe and positive interactions between children and family members. You possess strong report writing skills and a solid understanding of child development. Your ability to empathize and navigate complex family dynamics is essential to this role.

What the Job Involves

This role involves supervising and observing contact sessions between children and family members or friends at various locations within the London Borough of Bromley, including our Children's Contact Centre and in the community. You will accurately report on these interactions, highlighting both strengths and any potential risks, intervening if necessary to ensure safety and well-being. Your schedule would be from Tuesday to Saturday, providing a consistent presence during our Centers' operational hours.
