What the Job Involves
The role involves delivering personalized care according to individual Care Plans, which includes personal hygiene, dietary care, and a variety of community-based activities. The job requires working in diverse settings like day services, supported accommodations, and short breaks. You will assist with mobility, monitor or assist with medication, document records, and participate in Care Plan reviews. A commitment to training, development, and adhering to company policies is essential. Evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts may be required.
