Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who has strong experience working with housing management and finance systems, ideally Northgate NEC. You should be able to manage large datasets, perform critical analysis, and present insights clearly. An understanding of housing policy, rent legislation, and financial reporting is essential. You possess excellent SQL and data reporting skills and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Understanding the importance of statutory compliance and service excellence is important to you. Experience with ITIL practices, social housing, and working towards a CCAB qualification is desirable.
What the Job Involves
The Housing Revenue Systems & Data Analyst will manage housing finance systems, produce actionable insights, and support statutory and operational processes within the Rent Accounting Team. Key responsibilities include configuring and improving housing and finance systems, leading business intelligence reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory housing rent communications. You will develop complex performance reports, oversee rent reconciliation, and respond to data requests. Additionally, you will represent rent system interests in IT projects and collaborate on systems integration, continuing the council's mission of delivering excellent housing services for the people of Camden.
