What the Job Involves
This role involves managing a caseload of service users with complex needs, providing professional supervision to colleagues, and supporting the management team in developing the social care workforce. Key responsibilities include ensuring statutory obligations to safeguard adults are met, critically analyzing risk assessments, and effectively managing complex caseloads. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams, contribute to performance management frameworks, and partake in resource management and allocation. Additionally, this position requires participation in emergency duty systems and providing specialized assessments and reports for legal processes.
