Who You Are

As a Youth Justice Case Manager, you are passionate about engaging and building positive relationships with children and families from diverse backgrounds. You are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and strive to embody the TOWER values of Together, Open, Willing, Excellent, and Respect. You possess a strong understanding of trauma-informed, restorative justice, and relational approaches.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases of children aged 10-17 with community and custodial sentences. You are expected to perform high-quality assessments and develop individualized intervention plans that help reduce reoffending and ensure public safety. You will collaborate closely with children, their families, and multi-agency partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective youth justice practices.
