What the Job Involves
As a Reablement Occupational Therapist, your role involves working in a community setting to provide short-term rehabilitation and goal-setting services over a six-week period. You will participate in community crisis management, offering your expertise to rapidly assess situations and implement effective intervention plans. This position requires shift work, including one weekend every five weeks, with the opportunity for time off in lieu of worked weekends.
