What the Job Involves

Your role involves undertaking a range of complex business, financial, and administrative duties to support teams within the department. You will assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of electronic and manual information management systems, ensuring accurate data and proper documentation. Your responsibilities include managing financial processes, procuring goods and services, arranging meetings and events, drafting correspondence, and maintaining a high-quality customer-focused administrative service. You will also support the roll-out of IT systems and transition to new working methods.
