What the Job Involves
As a Business Support Officer, you will support the surveying functions within the Specialist Services team, focusing on areas like voids, aids and adaptations, private sector housing empty homes, major repairs, and statutory legal disrepair. Your role will involve administrative process management, ensuring project documentation is produced and reported within deadlines, and maintaining confidential information. You will also coordinate resident consultations, manage communications, and represent the organization professionally. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting with financial procedures, managing stakeholder inquiries, and occasionally working evenings and weekends.
