What the Job Involves
As a key member of the Property & Estates Team, you will coordinate and deliver a comprehensive Estates Management Service. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assets to optimize financial returns, participating in project teams, and providing expert advice on property matters. You will undertake property management for various Council properties, negotiate leases and agreements, and ensure the security of Council-owned properties. Additionally, you will contribute to service planning, financial management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while promoting a strong customer service culture.
