Who You Are

You are an experienced transitions social worker capable of providing support and guidance to young individuals moving from child to adult services. You are adaptable to short-term agency roles and can seamlessly integrate into existing teams to ensure service continuity.

What the Job Involves

This position involves working as part of a managed team to provide co-ordinated transition services for young people. Your role is to temporarily replace current agency staff for a 3-month period, focusing on fulfilling statutory duties and ensuring a smooth transition from child to adult social services.
