You are a detail-oriented and organized finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management principles. Preferably, you are AAT qualified or working towards it, and you have a knack for providing financial advice and support. You are adaptable and can handle challenging deadlines in a dynamic environment.
What the Job Involves
As a Finance Technician, you will assist Budget Holders and Senior Finance Technicians in managing and setting budgets to improve performance and value for money. You will provide day-to-day financial advice, support the closure of accounts, and contribute to financial planning and monitoring. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and supporting the delivery of training and materials. Your role includes ensuring accuracy in financial forecasts, promoting value for money, and identifying opportunities for efficiency savings.
