Your role will involve the management of financial inclusion and tenancy support, ensuring tenants can sustain their housing through effective support and guidance. You will be required to navigate welfare benefit systems, particularly engaging with the DWP, Housing Benefit processes, and Universal Credit (UC). The job includes completing UC verifications accurately through the Landlord Portal and UC inbox.
