What the Job Involves
As a Care Worker, you are responsible for providing personal and social care based on individual Care Plans. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene, dietary care, and facilitating daily living tasks and therapeutic activities in community-based settings. You ensure medication is administered accurately, maintain effective records, and contribute to care plan reviews. Following company policies, you are expected to participate in regular training and team meetings, and handle any emergencies or incident reports as required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as per a planned rota is expected, along with adherence to health and safety policies.
