What the Job Involves

As a Property Pathway and Sustainability Officer, you will support the resettlement of refugee and migrant families by securing suitable and affordable housing within West Sussex. Collaborating with local agencies, estate agents, landlords, and the Home Office, you will help families overcome housing barriers and prevent temporary accommodation use. Your role includes conducting affordability assessments, maximizing family income through budgeting and benefit assistance, and addressing resettlement barriers through innovative and pragmatic solutions. You will also manage sensitive data, lead complex casework, and supervise the Service Support Officer.
