This role involves ensuring that the Council fulfills its statutory obligations under the Housing Act 1996 Part 7. You will provide high quality information, advice, guidance, and assistance to individuals facing housing challenges. A key objective is to actively prevent homelessness wherever possible, employing proactive measures and leveraging available resources.
