What the Job Involves
As a Specialist Business Support Officer, you will provide efficient administrative support across Children's Services, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include financial reporting, information collation, communication management, and auditing processes to support statutory service requirements. You will play a crucial role in data capture, financial tracking, and performance management while ensuring that administration tasks, like minute-taking, are completed to the highest standard. You will oversee compliance with procurement and auditing procedures and support recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Furthermore, you will assist with event organization, manage administration staff development, and fulfill key holder responsibilities.
