Who You Are
You have a background in rehabilitation and community-based occupational therapy interventions. You are looking to be part of a team that focuses on reablement and promoting independence. You should be flexible and willing to engage in shift work according to a yearly rota, which includes a combination of early and late shifts.
What the job involves
Your role will involve joining a short-term Reablement and Independence Service team as an Occupational Therapist (OT). You will provide rehabilitation services aimed at helping individuals regain independence. You will actively participate in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Shifts are scheduled in advance, and you will alternate between early (8 am to 4 pm) and late (12 pm to 8 pm) shifts throughout the week.
