Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Brokerage Support Officer to join our team. You will be a dedicated professional capable of assisting in the procurement of care services for a wide range of service users including domiciliary care, residential and nursing care, day care, transport, extra care, supported living, and direct payments. You will monitor and process new and existing direct payments to ensure appropriate use of funds. You thrive in a fast-paced team environment and possess strong IT abilities.
What the job involves
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchase of various social care services, specifically covering adult services. Your duties will include processing and monitoring direct payments across all client groups. You will also engage in raising purchase orders using IT systems, ensuring that these processes comply with established guidelines.
