What the Job Involves
As the Registered Manager for Children's Overnight Short Breaks, you will manage Canon's House, an eight-bedded home providing respite care for children with severe disabilities and complex health care needs. You will lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, child-centred care, ensuring compliance with national regulations and the achievement of positive outcomes for children. Responsibilities include managing change, advising on policies and procedures, budgeting, financial reporting, and serving as the Designated Safeguard Lead. You will work closely with families, health care professionals, and other agencies to provide coordinated care and support.
