Who You Are

You are compassionate and patient, dedicated to supporting children and young adults with additional needs. Residing in the Plymouth City Council area, you are flexible and can adapt to varying work hours. You are enthusiastic about gaining diverse experience and can commit to a role that requires reliability and a caring attitude.

What the job involves

As a Passenger Assistant, you will accompany students with additional needs to and from school/college. You will provide cover for PAs unable to work, primarily during the hours of 07.00-10.00 and 14.00-17.00, Monday through Friday. Your role involves supporting students aged 4-25, ensuring their safety and comfort on Minibus or Taxi journeys across Plymouth and into Devon and Cornwall. You'll also adapt to short-term or long-term cover needs and engage in initial classroom training before starting.
