What the Job Involves
In collaboration with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor, you will deliver high-quality repairs for the Council's vehicle fleet and equipment. Your responsibilities include liaising with internal customers to arrange Service Level Agreement meetings to set and monitor service standards. You will manage and ensure accurate recording of all Council vehicle and equipment assets in the database. As the first point of contact for workshop and service queries, you will handle scheduling for vehicle maintenance, inspections, services, and MOT appointments. Coordination with external service providers will be essential to align MOTs and other service bookings with the fleet workshop.
