What the Job Involves
This role involves working closely with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor to deliver high-quality fleet repairs for the Council's vehicle fleet and equipment. You'll be responsible for arranging Service Level Agreements and monitoring service standards. You will ensure that all Council vehicle and equipment assets are accurately recorded in the database. The role acts as the first point of contact for workshop suppliers and fleet service queries. Additionally, you'll manage the scheduling of vehicles and equipment for inspections, services, and MOT appointments, coordinating with external providers to ensure seamless alignment with the workshop plans.
