What the Job Involves
The role involves managing an allocated caseload from new referrals through to day-to-day maintenance, ensuring timely and correct management of benefits and income, and reconciling client bank accounts. Responsibilities include diary management, bank reconciliation, processing invoices, handling correspondence, maintaining case management systems, and developing record-keeping systems for client possessions. You will also collaborate with the team to improve procedures and maintain effective communications with stakeholders in the Deputyship and Appointeeship administration.
