You are comfortable working closely with children across various age ranges and have experience working with SEND procedures. Your role requires an enhanced DBS check.

What the job involves

The Outreach Family Support Worker takes responsibility for complex cases stepping down from children’s social care. Your work aligns with the Signs of Safety model and involves collaboration with other professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining accurate records, engaging with service users, promoting equal opportunities, and ensuring safeguarding of children and young people.
