What the Job Involves
This role involves independently managing a diverse caseload of ASB reports from residents across Westminster. You will investigate complaints, develop tailored action plans, and apply legal enforcement tools. You’ll collaborate with Westminster Council’s legal team, prepare court documents, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and provide updates and support to residents. The position includes leading proactive estate-based projects, staying up to date with best practices through regular training, and ensuring cases are managed within service level agreements. This is an on-site, full-time temporary role requiring travel across the borough, with a fixed hourly rate of £41.78.
