What the Job Involves
As a Support Worker for Adult Services & Health, you will assist individuals with personal care and physical tasks, provide social support to maintain contact with family and community, and encourage participation in social and therapeutic activities. You will maintain and update care plans, perform domestic tasks, report incidents, and administer medication. This role involves regular surveillance and observation to ensure the well-being of service users. You will also actively participate in meetings and supervisions and fulfill duties as assigned that align with the Council's standards and responsibilities.
