What the Job Involves
Your role as a Family Time Team Coordinator involves supervising and coordinating a team responsible for overseeing family time services for children and young people within Worcester's Children's Services. You will allocate work, manage IT processes, and ensure high standards in family time sessions. Your responsibilities include screening referrals, managing a duty system, supervising staff, and gathering feedback to improve services. You will work with children’s service managers to implement innovative solutions and support strategic service planning. The position offers hybrid working options, and your role is central to fulfilling statutory duties regarding children in care, promoting safe and positive contact with their families.
