What the Job Involves
This role involves managing, developing, and leading Social Work Teams within our CHAT service. You will deliver high-quality services tailored to the needs of children and young people, ensuring their well-being and improving their outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving value for money in service delivery while ensuring the Council's statutory obligations are met. This position requires you to make key decisions regarding resource allocation, service delivery, and daily operational matters.
