What the Job Involves
As an Outreach Family Support Worker, you will conduct early help assessments to identify the needs of families and create comprehensive support plans. You will lead the coordination of team around the family meetings, facilitating discussions to review progress and uncover additional support needs. Engaging in direct work with children and young people, you will listen to their views and concerns to ensure interventions are successful in improving their outcomes.
