What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager in Children’s Social Care, you will oversee and lead a team of professionals including Deputy Team Managers, Independent Reviewing Officers, and Social Workers, among others. Your main responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare promotion for children and young people. You will manage the team's performance, maintain quality service delivery, and ensure statutory obligations are met. You will also work on developing and implementing policies in line with best practices and manage resources efficiently while promoting social value through your activities.
