What the Job Involves
The role involves reaching out to households identified as potentially at risk of homelessness. Your primary goal is to engage with these households, assess their needs, and provide support to prevent homelessness. This may include connecting them with relevant services, providing advice, and coordinating with local agencies to ensure that each household has the resources necessary to maintain stable housing.
