What the Job Involves
The role involves working in day care services to provide support and opportunities for adults with disabilities. You will implement activities, assist with personal care, and support individuals both emotionally and physically. You will also be responsible for maintaining resources, observing health and well-being, updating care plans, and promoting independence. This role requires the compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining professional relationships, and contributing to meetings and events. Flexibility to work across locations, assist with fundraising, and support colleagues is essential.
