What the Job Involves
As a Payments & Billing Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the Payments & Billing team, working closely with the Senior Payments & Billing Officer. The role involves organizing and coordinating tasks, supervising staff, ensuring timely completion of financial transactions, and preparing budget reports. You will represent the team at various meetings, partake in recruitment processes, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Emphasizing service excellence, you will build meaningful relationships with partners and work collaboratively for effective service delivery.
