What the Job Involves
The Commissioning Assistant role involves supporting the Integrated Commissioning division by being the lead user for IT systems that facilitate integrated commissioning activities. You will support the operation of provider and PA marketplaces, assist in procurement and contract monitoring activities, and ensure high-quality management information supports commissioning efforts. This includes extracting, analyzing, and reporting data, as well as producing reports for senior managers. You will be responsible for maintaining oversight and troubleshooting of relevant IT systems, developing and updating business processes, and leading training efforts. Additionally, you will manage aspects of the commissioning cycle, undertake benchmarking exercises, and prepare management reports and statistical analysis.
