You are an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in HR/OD services and a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. You have experience in providing administrative support in a HR context and are committed to continuous professional development, familiar with HR & Payroll ICT systems. You are adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
What the Job Involves
The role focuses on supporting the delivery of a professional HR advisory and policy service. Responsibilities include project support, providing solutions-focused administrative support to the HR team, managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will be managing the HR advice and enquiry line, logging sensitive data, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and supporting communication with employees and customers. Your role will also involve maintaining the HR intranet pages, supporting performance monitoring, and providing ad-hoc support across HR services when required.
